With 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Isaac Garces decided to venture off and carve a new path for his future; Agave Restaurant & Lounge. As a child in Mexico Isaac always watched how much his mother enjoyed cooking and knew someday he'd give her an opportunity to share her food with the world.
Isaac's mother Maria joins Agave as head chef to assure exceptional quality and brings bold traditional flavors from back home. Agave's delicious menu was inspired by Maria's homemade recipes which have been passed down from generations.
Agave's goal is to deliver the Suffern area with a unique experience that will excite tasters near and far.
